Rename package to bussnet/propresenter7-php-lib

Browse source 
The GitHub repository has been renamed from `propresenter7-php-api`
to `propresenter7-php-lib` to better reflect that this is a general
PHP library for ProPresenter 7 files (read/modify/generate), not just
a wrapper around a remote API. Update composer package name, support
URLs, README install/clone instructions, project title, and
documentation index title to match.
